How do I pay you?
We currently accept subscription payments via PayPal and credit card payments. After you provide your personal details and select the payment method, you will be directed to PayPal. PayPal will collect your subscription on behalf of P2P. PayPal is our payment gateway.
What membership upgrade options do I have?
When you are a FREE member, you have the option to choose a membership (monthly, quarterly or annually) and upgrade.
If you cancel your membership, you will automatically be converted to a FREE member.
If you want to change your membership e.g. monthly to quarterly, cancel your membership and choose the upgrade option.
What is my money back guarantee?
If you are not satisfied with what we are offering, we will give you a full refund provided that you notify us within 5 days of your registration or upgrade. E.g. if you register for a monthly or a yearly membership plan on the 1st of a particular month and also used a coupon that is valid for one day, you should notify us on or before the 5th of that month and we will issue you with a full refund.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes your membership can be cancelled anytime. If you are a paid member,
using the menus choose My Profile >> Payment Information and click ‘Cancel
Subscription’ (applies only to subscribed members). When you cancel the subscription, you will not be charged the next recurring payment, e.g. if you pay for a monthly membership in the beginning of the month and decided to cancel after 10 days, your membership will be cancelled in the end of that particular month. You can continue to use the service till the end of that particular month.
If you are a Pay As You Go (PAYG) member, you don't need to cancel. You simply use the membership until the end of the term and just do not pay the next renewal invoice. To resume your membership at any time, simply pay the pending invoice.
When your subscription is cancelled or a PAYG term has expired, your will become a free member. If you wish to delete your account from our system, please contact us using the Contact Us
If I am a free member, how do I upgrade?
If you are already a registered FREE member, you can easily upgrade to a full membership and enjoy all premium content on the site. Follow the steps below
- Click on the UPGRADE button. You will find it in many places including on the top right corner next to the logout button
- Select the price plan
- Enter the coupon code if you have one
- Read and Agree to the terms and conditions and click on the PayPal button (Note : Currently you can only subscribe via PayPal. You need to have a PayPal account or you will have the option to create one during the upgrade process)
- Follow the confirmation process
How to use a coupon code and register?
In the sign-up form you will find a place to enter the coupon code. Coupon codes provide FREE unlimited access to all our paid content for a specific period of time. Enter the code and complete the signup process. Be aware that you can only use the Coupon code if you choose to register as a paid member using your PayPal account. Your recurring payment profile will be created in PayPal and you will become a FULL member. However you will only be charged after the FREE number of days allowed by the coupon code.
How do I view my Paypal Subscription Information?
Go to ‘My profile >> Payment Information” and you will see the following information.

Pay As You Go members will see a listing of the payment history.
How do I change my membership from Pay As You Go to Subscription and vice versa?
PAYG members - Wait till your PAYG term expires and submit a support ticket
asking to change your membership type.
Subscription members - Cancel your subscription and wait till your current membership expires. Then submit a support ticket
asking to change your membership type.
