What we collect
When you create an account we store your first name, last name, username and email address. If you subscribe, Stripe handles your payment details — we never see or store your card number. If you post in the forum or keep a practice log, we store what you write.
Analytics
We use PostHog to understand how the site is used — which pages get visited, where people get stuck. This is stored on PostHog's EU infrastructure. It helps us decide what to build and which lessons to make next.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep you signed in, to protect forms against cross-site request forgery, and for the analytics described above. We do not run advertising cookies and we do not sell your data.
We send sign-in links and account emails through Resend. We'll only email you about your account and the service.
Who we share it with
Only the providers we need to run the service: Stripe (payments), Resend (email), PostHog (analytics), Bunny.net (video and file delivery) and our hosting provider. Each processes your data only to provide their part of P2P.
Your rights
You can see and edit your details on your profile page. You can ask us for a copy of your data, or to delete your account and the data attached to it, by emailing support@practisin2play.com.
